Support Groups
Migraine Canada is thrilled to announce the launch of its very first peer-led support group! This pilot program is designed to offer a safe, inclusive space for individuals living with migraine to connect, share, and support one another. Â Â
Group meetings will be held on the last Tuesday of every month. The first group, led by peer facilitator Natanya Mandel, will meet on October 28 at 7:00 PM ET. Â
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The registration link for each month’s meeting will be provided in our mid-month community bulletin. Join our community to stay up to date on upcoming registration opportunities!  Â
Each group is limited to 15 participants, any additional registrants will be added to a waitlist. Â Â Â
What to Expect:Â Â
- A safe and non-judgmental space to share your experiences
- Opportunities to connect with others who understand life with migraine
- Helpful resources and practical tips for managing migraineÂ
- Support from a peer leader with lived experience Â
